A quick and easy pizza dough made with Bisquick mix, perfect for a homemade pizza.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet or pizza stone.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, milk, olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until it’s smooth.
Roll out or press the dough into a 12-inch round shape (or your desired thickness) on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
Arrange the pepperoni slices and sliced black olives (if using) over the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Optionally, sprinkle fresh basil leaves on top for a burst of flavor.
Slice and serve hot!
Feel free to customize toppings as desired.
