4 medium russet potatoes, cut into thin fries

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

    Rinse and soak the cut potato fries in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat them dry with a clean towel.

      In a large bowl, combine the dried fries with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the fries are evenly coated.

        Carefully place the seasoned fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to work in batches if your air fryer is small).

          Air fry the fries for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

            Once the fries are done, transfer them to a bowl and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese while still hot. Toss gently so the cheese sticks to the fries.
