Ingredients

1 lb flank steak, sliced into thin strips

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 red onion, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Tortillas, for serving

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, sliced bell peppers, and sliced onion.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the spice mixture over the steak and vegetables, tossing to evenly coat all the ingredients.

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Once preheated, place the seasoned steak and vegetables into the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in two batches depending on your air fryer size).

Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the steak is cooked to your preference and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

Once cooked, remove the fajitas from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes.

Serve the fajitas in warm tortillas, garnished with chopped fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
