1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

12 wonton wrappers

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup creamy ranch dressing

2 green onions, sliced

Optional: Fresh cilantro for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 6-8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Fry the Wonton Wrappers: In a deep skillet or pot, heat oil over medium heat for frying. Carefully place each wonton wrapper into the oil, frying in batches for about 30 seconds on each side until golden and crispy. Remove them and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

      Assemble the Tacos: Take one crispy wonton wrapper and spoon in some cooked chicken, followed by a layer of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese. Drizzle some creamy ranch dressing on top.
