2 ripe avocados, diced

1 ripe mango, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 jalapeño, deseeded and minced (optional for heat)

1 lime, juiced

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados and mango.

    Add the halved cherry tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, fresh cilantro, and minced jalapeño (if using) to the bowl.

      In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

        Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients, and gently toss everything together being careful not to mash the avocado.

          Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt, pepper, or lime juice as needed.

            Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
