1 medium green cabbage, cut into wedges

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

      Add the cabbage wedges to the bowl, and toss gently until each wedge is well-coated with the seasoned oil mixture.

        Arrange the cabbage wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cut sides facing down.
