Ingredients

1.5 lbs beef sirloin tips, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 cups beef broth

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup heavy cream

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef tips and season with salt and pepper. Sear the beef until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Sprinkle the flour over the onions and garlic, stirring well to incorporate. Cook for about 1-2 minutes to create a roux.

Gradually whisk in the beef broth, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens and is smooth.

Reduce the heat to medium-low, then add the heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and rosemary. Stir to combine and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

Return the seared beef tips to the skillet. Cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the beef to tenderize further. Stir occasionally.

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the beef tips over a bed of creamy mashed potatoes or egg noodles, drizzling the rich gravy generously over the top. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color. Enjoy!
