Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

8 slices crispy bacon, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.

Shape the Bombs: Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit to about 4 inches in diameter. Place a generous scoop (about 2 tablespoons) of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.

Wrap the Bombs: Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal completely and forming a ball. Place the seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush with Egg Wash: Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the meat is cooked through.

Cool and Serve: Allow the popcorn bombs to cool for a few minutes before serving. They're best enjoyed warm!

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 16 bombs

                    - Presentation Tips: Arrange the bombs on a rustic wooden board, served with a side of ketchup and mustard for dipping. Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
