Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly greased aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish.

Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it sit for a minute.

Garnish the salmon with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
