Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices of cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Form the seasoned beef into four equally-sized patties.

Cook the patties in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

While the patties are cooking, warm the flour tortillas in another skillet or microwave until pliable.

Once the beef patties are done, assemble the wraps. Place a cooked patty with melted cheese in the center of each tortilla.

Top each patty with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced pickles, a drizzle of ketchup, and mustard.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to encase the filling completely.

In the preheated skillet, add a little olive oil and grill the wrap for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy.

Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing in half.
