Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy based on preference)

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups whole milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 large eggs

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula.

Once the sausage is cooked, sprinkle the flour over it and stir for about a minute to cook the flour slightly.

Gradually pour in the milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens (about 3-5 minutes), then add the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Remove from heat.

Roll out the biscuit dough on a floured surface to form a large circle, about 12 inches in diameter. Transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Pre-bake the biscuit dough in the oven for 10 minutes to ensure a flaky crust.

After pre-baking, spread the sausage gravy evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the gravy.

Crack the eggs directly onto the pizza, spacing them evenly, and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Bake in the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the egg whites are set, and the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley if desired.

Slice and serve hot for a delicious breakfast treat!
