2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh blackberries

4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, and romaine)

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

Cook the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
