Ingredients

1 pound cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust based on heat preference)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 (13.8 oz) tube of refrigerated pizza dough

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and creamy.

Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.

Cut into Squares: Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into 3-inch squares. This should yield about 12-16 squares.

Fill the Bombs: Place a generous spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each square. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.

Bake the Bombs: Place the filled dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Serve: Allow the buffalo chicken bombs to cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions and a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
