2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice preference)

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more buffalo sauce for easier spreading.

    Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the buffalo chicken mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border at the edges.

      Sprinkle some chopped green onions and a handful of the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.

        Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape, making sure the filling stays inside.

          Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the pinwheel into 1-inch pieces. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.

            Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter. If desired, drizzle a bit of additional buffalo sauce over the top and garnish with more chopped green onions.
