Ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings, split at the joints and tips removed

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

Prepare Chicken Wings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until they are thoroughly coated.

Bake Wings: Spread the wings out in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the wings are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through the cooking time.

Make Sauce: While the wings are baking, whisk together the buffalo sauce, honey, and Dijon mustard in a medium bowl until well blended.

Coat Wings: Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the honey mustard sauce over them. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated in the sauce.

Final Bake: Return the coated wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize slightly.

Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
