Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
In another small bowl, combine the ranch dressing with a tablespoon of olive oil to create a creamy buffalo ranch sauce.
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a tablespoon of the ranch sauce mixture on the tortilla.
Place a generous portion of the buffalo chicken in the center of the tortilla.
Top the chicken with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
Drizzle a little more ranch sauce over the filling for added flavor.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap.
Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
For extra crispiness, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve while warm, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
