Ingredients
  

1 lb ground beef or turkey

1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 pineapple rings, grilled

4 slices of provolone cheese

4 hamburger buns, toasted

1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
 

In a bowl, combine the ground beef (or turkey), teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined, then shape the mixture into four equal-sized patties.

    Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for about 5-7 minutes on one side. Flip, add a slice of provolone cheese on top of each patty, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and the burgers reach your desired doneness.

      While the burgers are cooking, grill the pineapple rings for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are caramelized and slightly softened.

        In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with lime juice to create a tangy lime mayo.

          To assemble the burgers, spread a spoonful of lime mayo on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place the spinach leaves on top, then add the cheeseburger patties followed by a grilled pineapple ring. Top with the other half of the bun.

            Serve the burgers immediately, with extra teriyaki sauce on the side if desired.
