1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits

6 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

1/2 cup diced onion

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with the milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until well combined.

Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Evenly distribute the crumbled sausage, diced bell peppers, and diced onion over the biscuit pieces in the baking dish.

Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits and toppings, ensuring everything is evenly coated.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
