Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.

Take one biscuit and flatten it into a circle using your fingers or a rolling pin.

Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of the biscuit.

Drizzle a small amount of the garlic butter mixture over the cheese.

Gather the edges of the biscuit and pinch them together to seal the cheese inside, forming a ball.

Repeat the process with the remaining biscuits, placing each cheese bomb seam-side down on the lined baking sheet.

Once all the cheese bombs are assembled, brush the rest of the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of each one.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before sprinkling with fresh parsley.

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
