2 ripe avocados

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out a small portion of the avocado flesh to create a bit more space for the filling. Set aside the scooped-out avocado.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and chopped basil.

      Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the mixture, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Gently toss to combine all the ingredients.

        Add the scooped-out avocado flesh to the bowl and mix until it's partly mashed but still chunky for added texture.

          Stuff each avocado half generously with the Caprese mixture.

            Drizzle a little more balsamic glaze on top for garnish before serving.
