Ingredients

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup whole milk

1 small apple, peeled, cored, and diced

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

Whipped cream for topping

Apple slices for garnish

Instructions

In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, diced apple, ground cinnamon, and caramel sauce.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk until desired consistency is reached.

In a small bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with a pinch of cinnamon.

Drizzle caramel sauce inside the glasses you will be using for serving.

Pour the shake into the prepared glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.

Sprinkle the graham cracker mixture on top of the milkshake.

Finish with a generous swirl of whipped cream on top and garnish with apple slices and an additional drizzle of caramel sauce.
