Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon mustard (yellow or Dijon)

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup sliced pickles (plus extra for garnish)

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook on low heat, stirring frequently until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is creamy and well combined, about 5 minutes.

Once everything is mixed, stir in the sliced pickles for an extra tangy flavor.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, and garnish with additional pickle slices on top.

Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette for dipping.

              Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 25 mins | Servings: 6-8

                - Presentation Tips: Use a rustic wooden board to present the dip and dippers, accompanied by fresh herbs like parsley or dill for a pop of color.
