Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup macaroni pasta

2 cups broccoli florets

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup cream of chicken soup

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large pot, cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, cooked macaroni, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

Fold in ½ cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.

Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish.

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly across the top. If using breadcrumbs, mix them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle on top for added crunch.

Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
