9 lasagna noodles

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

2 cups ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

2 cups marinara sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

        Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

          Place three lasagna noodles over the sauce. Layer half of the chicken mixture over the noodles, followed by a layer of marinara sauce, and sprinkle a third of the mozzarella cheese on top.

            Repeat the layering process: add three more noodles, remaining chicken mixture, marinara sauce, and another third of the mozzarella cheese.

              Top with the final three noodles and cover with the remaining marinara sauce. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese and the rest of the Parmesan cheese.

                Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

                  Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

                    Allow the lasagna to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
