Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Place a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.

Top the cheesy chicken mixture with a handful of fresh spinach and a few diced tomatoes for freshness.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.

Once cooked, remove the wraps from the skillet and allow them to cool slightly before slicing them in half.

Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
