3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

4 large whole wheat tortillas

½ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken strips and season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

    Add the minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing it with the chicken for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

      Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken. Cover to let the cheese melt for about 2-3 minutes.

        Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous tablespoon of Greek yogurt (or sour cream) on each tortilla.
