2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

Optional: sour cream or ranch dressing for drizzling

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.

    Cook the Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.

      Shred the Chicken: Once cooled, shred the cooked chicken using two forks.

        Make the Garlic Mixture: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

          Combine Chicken and Cheese: Return the shredded chicken to the skillet with the garlic. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and is well combined with the chicken and garlic.
