Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

6 cloves of garlic, roasted

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roast the garlic: Wrap the cloves of garlic in aluminum foil with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until tender and caramelized. Allow to cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, sour cream, and dried thyme.

Squeeze the roasted garlic out of its skins and mash it into a paste. Add this to the cheese mixture and season with salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Drizzle with a little olive oil on top for added flavor and a nice crust.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly with a golden top.

Remove from oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve warm with sliced baguette, pita chips, or fresh vegetable sticks.
