Add the mozzarella and parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. If you like a bit of heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
