Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Transfer half of the cream cheese mixture to a serving dish, smoothing it into an even layer.
Spoon the cherry pie filling evenly over the first layer.
Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the cherry layer, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
Finish by sprinkling crushed graham crackers on top for extra crunch.
Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
