Ingredients

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

6 slices cooked bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup diced green onions

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Optional: Extra ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (about 12x16 inches).

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Spread the chicken and bacon mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Starting from one long side, gently roll the dough over the filling, tucking in the edges as you go to form a log shape. Pinch the seams to seal the stromboli.

Place the seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with beaten egg to give it a golden color when baked.

Use a sharp knife to make a few slits on the top of the stromboli for steam to escape.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 4-6

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve slices of stromboli on a plate with a small bowl of ranch dressing for dipping. Consider garnishing with additional chopped green onions or parsley for a pop of color.
