Instructions
Begin by cooking the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water to cool it down.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and shredded chicken.
Add the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
Drizzle the Caesar dressing and olive oil over the ingredients. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Gently toss everything together until well coated and all ingredients are combined.
Allow the pasta salad to sit for 10-15 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
Before serving, top with croutons for added crunch.
Notes
Serve in a large, colorful bowl with extra Parmesan and croutons sprinkled on top. Garnish with a few cherry tomatoes for a pop of color.
