Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup cooked spinach, chopped (optional)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated (for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles on a clean surface.

Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken filling at the wide end of each triangle.

Carefully roll up each triangle starting from the wide end towards the point, tucking in the sides slightly as you roll to enclose the filling.

Place the stuffed rolls on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

Brush each roll with the beaten egg for a golden finish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
