Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough

2 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons butter

Maple syrup (for serving)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Cinnamon Rolls: Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the cinnamon roll package. Open the can, remove the cinnamon rolls, and cut each roll into quarters.

Make the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until fully combined.

Coat the Cinnamon Roll Pieces: Dip each quarter of the cinnamon roll into the egg mixture, ensuring each piece is well-coated.

Cook the Bites: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once hot, add the coated cinnamon roll pieces, leaving space between them. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve Warm: Remove the bites from the skillet and let them cool slightly. Drizzle with maple syrup and dust with powdered sugar.

Garnish (optional): For an added touch, serve with fresh berries on the side for a burst of color and flavor.
