Ingredients

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

2 cups coconut water

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender

4 cups water (divided)

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish

Instructions

Make the Lavender Infusion: In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove it from heat and add the dried lavender. Let it steep for about 15 minutes until it becomes fragrant.

Strain the Infusion: After steeping, strain the lavender infusion through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding the lavender flowers.

Mix the Lemonade: In a large pitcher, combine the strained lavender infusion, fresh lemon juice, coconut water, and honey or agave syrup. Stir well until the sweetener is completely dissolved.

Add Water and Chill: Add the remaining 3 cups of water to the pitcher and stir to combine. Adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or agave syrup. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.

Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes, then pour the coconut lavender lemonade over the ice. Garnish with lemon slices and a sprig of lavender for an elegant touch.
