Ingredients
  

1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1 tablespoon matcha powder

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)

1/4 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup ice cubes

Whipped cream for topping

Additional crushed cookies for garnish

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the milk, matcha powder, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

    Add the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies to the blender and pulse a few times until they are just mixed in. You want to keep some larger cookie chunks for texture.

      Taste the frappe and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sugar. Blend again briefly if you add more sugar.

        Pour the frappe into tall glasses, leaving some room at the top for whipped cream.

          Top each frappe generously with whipped cream.

            Sprinkle additional crushed chocolate cookies on top as a garnish.
