2 pounds baby gold potatoes

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Fresh herbs for garnish (like thyme or extra chives)

Prep the Potatoes: Wash the baby gold potatoes thoroughly. Place them in a large pot, cover with cold salted water, and bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
