Ingredients

4 lobster tails

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise using a sharp knife. Place the lobster tail halves on a baking sheet, shell side down.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of the butter.

Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to let it brown.

Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Allow the mixture to cook for another 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Pour the creamy garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster tails, making sure to coat them well.

Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and drizzle the remaining melted butter over the lobster tails.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
