Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

Fold in the chopped celery, halved grapes, sliced almonds, and chopped green onions. Mix gently to combine.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if desired.
Chill the chicken salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
