Instructions
 

Start by brewing your espresso or strong coffee and set aside.

    In a small saucepan, combine tahini, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon if desired.

      Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking continuously until it’s hot and frothy. Be careful not to boil it.
