Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
While the air fryer heats, cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes (about 1-inch each).
In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Gently add the tofu cubes to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until evenly coated.
Sprinkle the cornstarch over the tofu and toss gently again to ensure each piece is coated well.
Arrange the tofu cubes in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap for even cooking.
Air fry the tofu for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for maximum crispiness. Cook until golden brown and crisp.
Once done, carefully remove the tofu from the air fryer and transfer it to a serving plate.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
