Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup buffalo sauce (your favorite brand)

2 cups chicken broth

8 ounces penne pasta

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

In the crock pot, add the boneless chicken breasts, diced onion, and minced garlic. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Pour the buffalo sauce and chicken broth over the chicken and gently stir to combine.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Once the chicken is done, shred it inside the crock pot using two forks, mixing it with the sauce.

Add the cream cheese to the shredded chicken mixture and stir until it's well combined and creamy.

Cook the penne pasta separately according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Once the cream cheese is incorporated, add the cooked pasta to the crock pot along with the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Stir gently until the cheese is melted and everything is coated.

Let the dish sit in the crock pot for an additional 5-10 minutes to warm through before serving.

Garnish with chopped green onions for a fresh touch.

                    Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 6-7 hours | Servings: 6

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve in deep bowls, with a sprinkle of extra cheese on top and a drizzle of buffalo sauce for a finishing touch. Add some celery sticks on the side for added crunch!
