Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup frozen peas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.

Seasoning Mix: In a small bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the chicken.

Add Liquids: Pour the chicken broth over the chicken to keep it moist while cooking.

Creamy Layer: In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Dollop this mixture on top of the chicken in the crockpot.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Final Touch: About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the frozen peas and shredded cheddar cheese. Replace the lid to let the cheese melt and the peas heat through.

Serve: Once done, shred the chicken with two forks right in the crockpot and mix everything well. Serve warm.

                Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 8 hrs | Servings: 6

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the ranch chicken over fluffy mashed potatoes or cooked rice, and garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color.
