Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian herbs, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.

Pop open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.

Flatten each biscuit slightly in the palm of your hand and place about 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese in the center.

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese to form a ball, ensuring it's well sealed.

Dip each cheese-filled dough ball into the garlic butter mixture, making sure to coat it well.

Place the coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spaced about an inch apart.

Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the tops of the dough balls.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.

Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
