Ingredients

4 cups water

4 Earl Grey tea bags

1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the Earl Grey tea bags. Steep for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.

In a blender, add the fresh raspberries, honey (or agave syrup), and lemon juice. Blend until you have a smooth puree.

Strain the raspberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the seeds and pulp, pressing down with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible.

Remove the tea bags from the saucepan and pour the brewed Earl Grey tea into the pitcher with the raspberry juice. Stir well to combine.

Allow the tea mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled (about 1-2 hours).

To serve, fill tall glasses with ice cubes, pour the chilled Earl Grey raspberry tea over the ice, and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
