Ingredients

6 large eggs

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons dill pickle relish

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Slices of dill pickle (for garnish)

Instructions

Begin by placing the eggs in a pot, covering them with cold water by about an inch. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once boiling, cover the pot, remove it from the heat, and let it sit for 12 minutes.

After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with ice water to cool for about 10 minutes. This will make peeling easier.

Once cooled, carefully peel the eggs under cold running water to help remove the shells.

Slice each egg in half lengthwise, and gently scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl while placing the egg whites on a serving platter.

To the yolks, add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill pickle relish, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, fresh dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Using a piping bag or a teaspoon, carefully fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.

Garnish each deviled egg with a sprinkle of fresh dill and a slice of dill pickle on top for added flavor and visual appeal.
