Ingredients

1 large bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos

1 lb ground beef or turkey

1 packet taco seasoning

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup diced green onions

1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Drain any excess fat.

Add the taco seasoning to the meat along with 1/4 cup of water. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat, black beans, diced tomatoes (with juices), and corn. Mix until thoroughly combined.

In a greased 9-inch pie dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos on the bottom to create a crunchy crust.

Pour the meat and bean mixture over the Dorito layer, pressing it down gently to compact.

Spread the sour cream evenly over the meat mixture, then sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Add the remaining crushed Doritos as the next layer for added crunch, then top with the rest of the cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Before serving, garnish with diced green onions, sliced black olives (if using), and fresh cilantro.

                      Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 45 mins | Servings: 6-8

                        - Presentation Tips: Slice the pie into wedges and serve with a dollop of sour cream on the side and extra cilantro for garnish. Serve with additional Doritos for crunch!
