Ingredients

1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust

1 cup boiling water

1 package (3 oz) raspberry or strawberry jello

1 cup cold water

1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries) for garnish

Whipped cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Jello: In a mixing bowl, dissolve the raspberry or strawberry jello in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.

Chill the Jello: Add 1 cup of cold water to the dissolved jello and mix well. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until it starts to thicken but is not yet set.

Make the Cream Layer: While the jello is chilling, in a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy and smooth.

Incorporate Whipped Cream: Gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until fully combined and fluffy.

Layer the Pie: Pour half of the jello mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly. Spoon half of the cream mixture over the jello layer, smoothing it out gently. Repeat the process with the remaining jello and cream mixtures.

Chill to Set: Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

Garnish and Serve: Once set, top with fresh berries and an extra dollop of whipped cream if desired. Slice and serve chilled.
