Ingredients

12 jumbo pasta shells

2 cups ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup cooked spinach, squeezed dry and chopped

1/2 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 cups marinara sauce

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the jumbo pasta shells for about 10-12 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cooked spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Stuff the Shells: Using a spoon, gently fill each jumbo shell with the cheese and spinach mixture, pressing slightly to ensure they are well-filled.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Assemble the Dish: In a baking dish, spread 1 cup of marinara sauce evenly over the bottom. Arrange the stuffed pasta shells in a single layer over the sauce. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Then, uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted.

Garnish: Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh basil for added flavor and a touch of color.

                Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 55 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Serving Suggestions: Serve hot, accompanied by a crisp green salad and garlic bread for a complete festive meal. You can also sprinkle additional cheese on top before serving if desired!
