4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, seasoned breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

      In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice. This will be used to coat the chicken.

        Take each chicken breast and dip it into the olive oil mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated on both sides.

          Next, press each coated chicken breast firmly into the breadcrumb and cheese mixture, making sure to cover all sides densely.
